Welcome to Midaas Touch Events and Trade Fairs LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.midaastouch.in and your participation in our exhibitions, including but not limited to the WAREMAT – Warehousing & Material Handling Expo, TOPACK – Total Packaging Expo, TOPLAST – Total Plastics Expo, AUTOROBOT – Automation and Robotics Expo, IPAAF – International Poultry, Animal Feed, Aquaculture and Dairy Expo, KITOGIF – Kids, Toys and Gifts Expo, TOPRINT – Total Printing and Labelling Expo and its related editions, as well as any other trade fairs, exhibitions, or events organized by us (collectively, the “Events”).

By accessing the Website or venue on-site registering/participating in any of our Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Website or participate in our Events.

1. Website Use

– The Website is provided to share information, event updates, registration services, and promotional content.

– You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its security features, or attempt unauthorized access.

– We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or error-free operation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

– All content, logos, designs, branding, photographs, event names, and materials on the Website and Events are the property of Midaas Touch Events and Trade Fairs LLP or its licensors.

– You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

3. Exhibitor Participation & Bookings

– Exhibitor applications are reviewed and confirmed at the discretion of the organizers.

– Submitting a booking form or registration does not guarantee participation until approved by the organizers.

– Stall/space allocation is subject to availability and may be adjusted by the organizers as needed.

– Exhibitors must comply with venue regulations, safety guidelines, and all instructions issued by the organizer.

– Exhibits must not violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or public decency standards.

4. Payments & Cancellations

– All payments for exhibitor participation, sponsorships, or related services must be made according to the schedule provided in the booking agreement/invoice.

– Once paid, participation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the organizers.

– If an exhibitor cancels their participation, Refund will be issued according to the payment terms.

– If an Event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control (including but not limited to force majeure, natural calamities, pandemics, or government restrictions), liability will be limited to rescheduling or offering a credit note for future editions.

5. Visitor Registration

– Entry to Events is permitted only upon valid registration.

– Visitors agree that their registration data may be used by the organizers for communication, promotions, networking, and business matching, in line with our Privacy Policy.

– The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who violate Event rules, disrupt operations, or behave inappropriately or students or 15 years age bellowed kids or children’s.

6. Notification and Communication Consent:

By accepting this policy (10^th Point), you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.

7. Event Changes & Force Majeure

– The organizers reserve the right to make changes to Event dates, venues, schedules, or programs at their discretion.

– In case of unavoidable disruptions or force majeure events, the organizers will not be held liable for any resulting loss or expenses.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

– The Website may include links to external websites or services. These are provided for informational purposes only, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, policies, or practices.

– Any dealings with third-party service providers, vendors, or partners are solely between you and such parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

– Participation in Events and use of the Website are at your own risk.

– The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by exhibitors, visitors, or third parties arising from participation or use of the Website.

– We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits.

11. Compliance with Laws

– All participants must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws during the Events.

– Exhibits must not contain hazardous, unsafe, or prohibited materials.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
